Christmas Programs

The Annual Motorcycle Run for underprivileged children in West Polk is the SECOND SATURDAY of NOVEMBER.

 The ride begins at the Village Green in Cleveland, TN at 11:00 am. It doesn't cost anything to ride. 

All you need to do to ride is bring a toy and/or a monetary donation that will be given to West Polk Empty Stocking Fund.

West Polk Empty Stocking Fund provides Christmas Gifts to underprivileged children in West Polk County, TN. 

Program Applications for the Empty Stocking Fund will be released on November 1st. The deadline is November 30th. We have moved to an online option through Google Forms. 

Parents/Guardians will need to provide proof through the link of income and residency. You must be a Polk County, TN  resident with proof of residency.

Calling on those who would like to spread goodwill this Christmas!  During the Christmas season, our seniors are often forgotten or put to the back of our minds. We are looking for people who would like to donate the items listed in the Items Needed column for Seniors in Need. 

The items collected will be packed and taken to Seniors in the local area.

You are needed this Christmas to help local children in need! Sponsor a family, a veteran, or an elderly person in need this Christmas! 

How it works...

Sponsor families get in touch with us at People Helping People to let us know that you want to help out this Christmas. You request a family size; for example, a family of four. We give you the gender and age of the family members in need. We request that you purchase gift wrap and tape so the adults can wrap their children's gifts.  You have until Friday, December 15th to drop off the gifts at PHP. People Helping People will give the gifts purchased to the adults in the family.

End Result is those who need to know others care about them are reminded  this Christmas!
